I'd suggest adding a page where players can have a complete list of all servers, their description (what is the gamemode about) and a Gametracker banner (not the small image one, the bigger one with player stats and such). This would give people a more detailed look about what the server looks like. The player would immediately see a thumbnail representing the map of the server, so the player knows what to expect.
Many players might not know what rp_downtown is, but immediately recognize it once they see a small image of the map.
The index page of the website currently shows Gametracker banners, showing the IP. However, people usually don't take the time to type over the server's IP. If you'd add a dedicated page, you could easily add a button per server that says "JOIN", and these would automatically connect the player to the server using the steam:// browser protocol.
Example:
steam://connect/<ip>:<port>
