EDIT: The police cars should be free when you get vip.

How would it benefit the server: You purchase it for $2500 and keep it in your inventory so when you get shot/fall/hit by a car, you take it and you get back to full or half health depending how much your current health was.
Potential Issues/Exploits: Make a rule that you cannot use in a gunfight unless you're hiding behind concrete wall/prop.
Additional notes: Make it give 45 HP on each or so.

How would it benefit the server: Players would be able to sell their vehicles inorder to make profit.
Potential Issues/Exploits: NONE
Additional notes: The selling option should let you write a description of the vehicle, of what upgrades it has etc and let you set a price for it. In my opinion to sell a vehicle you have to look at it and press "F7" it'll open up a menu.
