How would it benefit the server:
Make NPCs useful, bring back fun, increase playtime

Potential Issues/Exploits:
Trails could be a problem, I suggest only hats and stuff

It just kinda dissapeared I want it back. I miss my head crab.
We should focus more on hats. Its one of the features I loved about darkrp when I started playing.

+ Support, hats could be a cool idea, wish we could make clothes and masks too, but NO TRAILS. We could even make it that it's money instead of points, as if they were shopping for clothes and shit irl! Tell me what you think soxey

Clothss while hard would be amazing, if they do add cloths I'll fucking Kill EMP if theres no Suit.
