TOPIC: [SSRP] Perhaps more ranks ( I.e [VIP] )

Hello there, Although I had put SSRP in the Subject of this topic it could perhaps stretch over to other servers etc.

Most people know me on the ZARP SSRP server two, spending the majority of my time, building. It is something I really enjoy doing and even more so when I can help others and come up with new inventive ideas HOWEVER I keep finding myself hitting the prop limit so early on, despite having VIP status (increasing said limit to 70), and it got me thinking about other potential ranks.

I can see why the prop limit is issued upon players, it helps to prevent clutter, impossible to raid bases and can also help with protecting the server from crashing due to props being unfrozen. *Imagine a 300 prop base being hit with a orbital, the server would not end well.

It got me thinking about a "Builder" rank within the game, perhaps said rank could be applied for on the forums after proving capability of building or could perhaps even be purchased like the same system as VIP. I think this could help the community by providing a goal and something for players to aim for. Players will have to prove themselves and come up with new ideas to earn this rank.

I would love to hear feedback, suggestions and other ideas on this. Thank you.

Don't see the point of having a builder rank in a roleplaying game mode, if you just want to build then maybe you should play sandbox?

I agree with both points raised by Lou and Blocked, this is not a great idea as it has quite a few issues.

the builder rank is in my opinion not needed. I think there should be some more features for VIP so we can get some more VIP players.
Maybe some fun classes and printers. But i dunno.
