Suggestion Title: zBay [ZARP eBay]

How would it benefit the server: It would benefit the server by adding a whole new aspect to the RP experience, players would be able to click the forum page and browse ads while not on their computer and arrange an in-game meetup while on their phone/tablet/iPad etc.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Not that I could think of.

Additional notes: Some might say that it is useless because of the /advert command, but you may be surprised about the amount of people who do not have access to their computer at some parts of the day whether it be work, school etc. And it would definitely increase the RP experience of ZARP.

What I think would be good is something like a mobile phone in-game which allows you to do multiple things like message each other, go on certain custom made websites (zBay), etc. Just a quick idea off the top of my head.
