Suggestion Title: Gang Chat

How would it benefit the server: It would be great since huge gangs like Menece and Brothers could just type /gang and all there gang mates could hear it and reply. Would be very helpful and would increase the realisity of SSRP.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Could be used to metagame ect...
