Server Name: ZARP SSRP Server 1 and 2

Suggestion Title: Mentor for new mods

How would it benefit the server: The super-admins or a small group of trusted and experienced admins get 1 or 2 mods depending on the amount that got accepted they basically watch for their first week as a mod and before or after the next meeting they tell them how they did and/or how they can improve. The server would benefit from this as mods would do their job as professional as possible as I have seen mods that have been mod for over 2 weeks who still warn someone without talking to them for example so they don't know when or what they did wrong.
