Suggestion Title: Bank Vault

How would it benefit the server: cops have to protect the bank vault and the gangsters have to rob it, we should make it so the godfather can only rob it or something like that or make a new rank called Robbery Leader, so only that class can get the money from the vaults, this should be a vip only job, so more people will buy vip, and the robbery leader can Always hire gangster to help and cut the money they loot ! or something like that but the thing is, we need a bank to rob in the server..
and also there need to be an amount of cops before it can be robbed, that means you cannot just rob it all the time even thougd there aint no cops online, this make's the server more balanced !

Potential Issues/Exploits: none known right now on theire issue list so i think this is good.

Additional notes: If this gets accepted, i will buy the script for zarp, i will pay the 7.5£ so zarp doesent need to pay it !

Edit: ive also readed that the script support this : Added ability for mayor to change police payment amount.

I've seen this on 3 servers before, 2 I've co owned and 1 I was a Super admin on. This doesn't end well, no one will protect and no one will defend. Its a waste of time to be honest, this is only SSRP.
Moreover, I doubt Chuteuk will ask you to buy it for him, this is one of the top 10 best servers on GMOD, Dark rp.
