How would it benefit the server: Well even though I consider myself not a "squeaker" I propose a rule that says you can not discriminate people because of their age/sex/race. I have heard many times people getting called horrible language and even though there is a respect rule this would just point it out. Reson being for this rule is because some people might get harrased because of their age/sex/race and feel very offended.

Additional notes: The rule could be written out something along the lines of:
You may not discriminate people from the server because of age/sex/race.
