TOPIC: [SSRP] President & council and new VIP job

Zarp Gaming DarkRP Server 1 & 2.

Suggestion Title:
Swapping the Mayor for a President and including a high Council and also a Presidential security team played by VIP's only

How would it benefit the server:
Adding the high council (consists of 5 members) would create a different job for people to RP that hasn't officially been done before. The high Council would have meetings with the President and discuss new city laws and jobs that need to be carried out. Other players would also be able to book appointments with the Council to get across their points. Including a President and high Council would also give other RP opportunities to jobs such as Hit man and Gangster such as assassinating a council member or even raiding a Presidential meeting. The RP scenarios which could be created by this are endless. Due to the President being a very valuable man he would have his own team of expert marksmen and personal marksmen who would be played by Zarp VIP's. It would be the security personals jobs to protect the President at all times, from inside the Presidential office to walking the streets. These additions would also benefit the server as they would create endless amounts of RP ideas for all the other jobs for example the Guards could be hired by council members were as the Medic may become the Presidents personal doctor. This way people are able to find something to do as there job instead of being bored as they have nothing to RP with.

Additional notes:
To become a job such as the high council or President maybe also add a timer for example you must have played on the servers for at least 10 hours, this way you don't get new people who aren't so familiar with the rules playing an important job. Ive seen this on other servers before and it seems to work great.
Maybe also add a new building the the map or use an old one which will become the Presidential Building (white house) which includes Presidents office, Meeting room with sit able chairs and other offices etc.
The reason i decided to come up with this is because a few days ago a group of people decided to RP as a council (ill attach images if i find them) and it turned out to be an amazing hit with everyone on the server that day! we had guards playing as marksmen on the the roofs and people would come and discuss issues with the council for a fee. Everyone really seemed to enjoy it so i though why not make it a fixed asset to the server. Back in the day when i use to play Dark RP the first server I went on had a President and security theme and it was really fun to RP with so i thought it would be a great idea to bring to the Zarp community.

In my opinion and MY OPINION ONLY, I don't think people will actually know how to roleplay using these jobs and even if they learn, I doubt they will like them.

Thanks for your feedback, I think like anything people would get use to the jobs and the rules and plus we still have people who don't now how to RP the current jobs like police . I think tats where the suggestion of a Time limit for each job would come in handy.
for example to RP as Police you have to play for 10 hours and to RP as Mayor it may be 20hr for example. This way you dont get people who are new to the server and haven't really read the rules messing around in each job section like RDA as a cop or creating a Purge as the Mayor.
Just to clarify what the ideas were:

• New Presidential Building
• Swop the Mayor for President
• New VIP job ( Secret Service)

It's a nice idea, but I think that it woudl be more suitable for a Serious RP server, or PERP, not SSRP...

Seriously! it was an example their obviously gonna be 'Council members' but some people may not no what they do so i was giving the example of a british MP
