Suggestion Title: Anti-Trapstealing

How would it benefit the server: Admins can easier find out who trapstole from who.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Forgetting to "claim" a trap

Additional notes: What I mean by anti-trapstealing is something when someone "claims" a button end then presses it it comes up in the admin log. (example: ButtonX has been claimed by player1 and pressed by player2)
