Server Name: ZARP SSRP

Suggestion Title: Hit man NPC

How would it benefit the server: This will benefit the server because players can go to this NPC to see the active hits on players in the game. This will show the amount of the hit as well as last known location of the player if the person placing the hit knows. The NPC has a option to give the location, this will help players find out where the hits are and gain money doing their job!

Potential Issues/Exploits: Don't think of any

Additional notes: I love this idea, I would like to see what other people think aswell
