Suggestion Title: remove 30 min nlr rule inbetween raids

How would it benefit the server: add value of fun, its a real fun killer for basers, raiders, cops, and staff that need to remind people that dont read the rules and other players. I mean cmon 30 min is overkill 3-10 min = reasonable 30min = wtf

Potential Issues/Exploits: could be harmful to new players that this rule was seemingly originally designed to protect, however its not like explosives dont do a good enough job of screwing over new players themselves

Additional notes: why was this rule even put in if I didnt hit the nail head area of why it was implemented

The rule is there so people don't get raided every 10 minutes. With 30 mins inbetween raid times, you give them enough time to get atleast some basic stuff working and they don't have to get worried about getting raided by the same person over and over again.

I can understand why you dislike it, but without this rule people have next to no time to base properly.

The reason of this rule is to ensure no users are singled out and with the addition of weapons capable of destroying defended it allows people to rebuild and create a new defence. I personally think it is perfect. I wouldn't print if every 5-10 mins I was being m202'd.

i think u singled out the problem with your pr0 detective skills right there, its not the rule thats the source of the fun killing its the m202 itself

i think ive stated this before but I think the system itself should be revamped, c4 should be cheaper and defusable via shooting while the other weps should be more expensive or not destroy props

Maybe 15-20 minutes would be better.

I agree, I'm fine with 30 minutes but it can get frustrating waiting half and hour, so 20 minutes would be good. :)

Frankly, would be better to accept the other suggestion that causes explosive SWEP to just destroy fading doors, making them unable to close anymore instead of all the props.

Less lag from loose props and easier access. It could even destroy fading windows in the process.
