Suggestion Title: Moderator Application Section Rename

How would it benefit the server: The "Moderator Application" Section is used for much more then Just Moderator applications now, I believe a re-name is appropriate. Perhaps the new name of the section could just be Applications, as we have Admin Applications as well.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None

Quite a few things on the forums that needed fixed and switched. Everytime I mention another thing that needs fixed I am told it will be fixed.... it never is.
