Suggestion Title: ZARP Veteran Rank

How would it benefit the server: Well, some people have put months, maybe years of dedication into the community, and I feel that those people need to be recognized for this great accomplishment. So, the ZARP Veteran Rank on the forums would be a great addition! It would be displayed under your name similar to how The VIP Rank looks like on your posts. It would have a Blue, or Read background color, then White Text Saying "ZARP Veteran.

The rank would be for players who have had a forum account registered for more then 8 months.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Nodda

Meh, Don't think we need something like that. The number of posts, thanks and maybe karma should show off how long you have been in the community. Also if you click on someone you can easily see when they registered their account. Don't know if we would need anything like this. Seems pointless.
