Suggestion Title: [SSRP] Weapons

How would it benefit the server: I think that it would be a benefit because we need some more special weapons, and some new weapons, the original weapons are getting bland and old. And these weapons are preety cool i think. Look at the additional notes for my YT video on this. EDIT: I also think they should have a high price so it cant get in the wrong hands (except the harpoon)

Potential Issues/Exploits: The 1st one is kinda OP :/

If you agree on 1 weapon, then say i agree on IED Detonator, Nitro Glycerine, or Harpoon, and here is my video:
