Suggestion Title:: Spray's owners

Suggestion Details: If you're playing on ZARP deathrun, it's really possible, you have seen porn/naked sprays. Sometimes it's really disgusting and it shouldn't be used on server. My proposite is, to load on server script showing owner of spray if you aim on it. It's used on TTT server, I'm sure you know what am I talking about.

How would it benefit the server: Reporting and punishing "illegal" sprays would be much easier, it could help server a lot.

Potential Issues/Exploits: I don't know how it works, if there's placed more than one spray in the same place.

Additional notes: It's all I think ;D

I think this can be very useful for the server. As myself I found it hard founding the owner of a naked/porn spray.
