What would you like to add?: AWarn
How would it benefit the server/why do you want this to be added?: it would help the Moderators warn people since other mods might not know if that person has or has not been warned already
Could this be exploited in anyway, and if, how could we make it non-exploitable?: The only way would it could be exploitable probably be abusive mods i guess

I do agree that we need a system to know If a player has broken the rule before.
