What would you like to add?: PAC 3
How would it benefit the server/why do you want this to be added?: This can be added for VIPS only. To edit faces etc... This is very useful. More guys already pay for VIP who have PAC3
Could this be exploited in anyway, and if, how could we make it non-exploitable?: This can be Exploitable only for Sounds Spam or other

PAC 3 is never on dark rp for a good reason, it can easily be easily: exploited to change hitbox, player size, confuse your player model with another. Changing all animations and weapons (hiding weapons, making people think your holding nothing when your holding a HUGE). And ALOT more

Yea I agree with octocat it can be exploited by hitbox.

I wouldn't mind a section in the F4 ZARP Store menu to allow the changing of facial expressions such as "Smile", "Frown", "Serious" and so on. Maybe have some expensive items like "Vagineer" or something like that. But if this addon does contain the options to change hitboxes and be abused easily then I don't think it would be a smart idea to implement it into the SSRP Server.
