Hi mag,
with all due respect i have to -Support this.
Here is my reasons:

1. Ever been propblocked at spawn, no admins on? how do you think players save the spawn, with the battering ram.
2. Advanced duplicator 2 is supplied for a reason, if you plan on doing illegals within, then save your base, if you get rammed you can just re-paste it.
3. Wanted people in cars is impossible to get people out, only the battering ram can kick people out of cars, although personally i think the battering ram should have more power, not less.

Conclusion, it is a VITAL tool for the police to do their side of the role play.

Don't come complaining when we're sleeping and you have no way to get rid of the props blocking spawn (as Penguin has succeeded in doing so previously).
