Since we all know by now that NEARLY everyone is either thief or godfather on the server and only like 3-4 players are police I suggest setting finally a limit to those jobs.

It even makes no sense that it is possible to have more then 2 godfathers.

2 make sense so 2 crime organizations can be created at anytime.
But more then 2 breaks it totally I mean everyone goes Godfather and Thief but no actual working together happened recently or in general.
The use of agenda is broken there to.
To be fair since the server reaches often nearly it's max of 90 players we also could go for 4 possible crime organizations which means 4 Godfathers.

But everytime I am on the server with alot of players nearly everyone and I am not exaggerating really nearly everyone is a thief or a gangster or even a godfather and max 4 police are provided to handle a mass of criminals.




What are the benefits of your suggestion ?

Better player organization.
Makes it more fair in general.
Better job balance.

What could be the possible negative outcome of your suggestion ?

Nothing.

It is just a fix to improve job balance.

Well, do you want players spammin the demote button on thieves etc?
I also don't really agree with the 4 godfather thing, we could have a red gang blue gang green gang and yellow gang, but I'm pretty sure they all act on their own and raid their own color's gang.
So that would be kind of useless.
But maybe a 15 thief 35 gangster and 2 godfather limit is good.

But when I think about it, there must be a reason they like those jobs, no fun if we restrict it from them right?
If they don't like being cops and prefer criminals, nothing we can do about it then.

The reason why they like those jobs is because they can raid and have printers xD

Yeah, but if they cant become the actual job itself, they would get bored and leave, so despite this being a good idea from you, don't think any player that is obsessed to the job is going to like it.

Of course I know they love it but is it really good if we have also other jobs they could take but all they use is thieves ?

Oh well.

Alot of people are gangster etc aswell.
But I also see people become cops a bit more early in the morning.

Well whats wrong when there are 20 godfathers is that You cant place 1 normal agenda because some other idiot godfather will change it after 1-2 min.Ofcourse its cool that there are mulpiplie god fathers but when they can place the same agenda it goes to shit really fast so solution woud be to make diffrent gangs and gangsters (Because then there woud be no agenda for the normal ones) so yeah probably maybe atleast like...take gangs from the GTA san adreas or some kind of other gangster games.(Ofc. its optinal to add skins to that relited gangs)
