What is your suggestion ?

I would suggest closing down the moderator subscription it won't help us at all.
Because first of all it tells players. Your staff is buyable.
Good mods won't pay for mod. They make their effort to apply and take their time for the community and the server.


What are the benefits of your suggestion ?

The staff would be more accurate and the server would know the mod.
If someone buys it its most likely the server or the staff doesn't even know the guy.

What could be the possible negative outcome of your suggestion ?

I understand it is part of the financial income but still.
Don't make moderator buyable.
And yes it may be not that powerful being a moderator but still.
It represents your server.
And making a staff slot buyable doesn't make the server look good.

Please rethink the need of a mod subscription.

And improve maybe the VIP subscription.

Thats why I said we should improve the VIP perks.

And make it way more interesting then it is now.

More Job which got a own perk or stuff.
Special abilities.

Create more custom stuff.

A banking system in general with interest rate and VIP get more for example.
Cars that can be improved.
VIP got half jail time or stuff.
Just rough ideas.

if a mod is abusing you can just demote him.

You don't understand what I am saying so here I explain it again.

Mod shouldn't be buyable because it represents a lack of professionility of the server.
Staff always should be chosen and thought through.

That's why I said make VIP much more interesting to buy.

I mean if I give the ZARP Owner 100€ would you give me Admin now ?

Why?

Well I know a community who sells Super Admin and Admin, they just it a lot easier for you to get demoted for smaller reasons. Being able to buy moderator shouldn't be stopped, more rigorous demote reasons should be put in place.

Without the paid mods, zarp can't survive, there is no way around it.

Then why not add the following.

Stick with the mod okay.
But create a level which is only granted if applied.
Or like 3 Ranks to buy like a 3 packages.

I donated for mod to keep server going, and I made a app for perm mod, I want this server to stay up.
But maybe it would be a idea to set it so you have to play for a set time period before you can donate for mod ?
