What would you like to add:
A rule so that if someone is knocked out and is revived by a medic - they have brain damage, revoking all recollection of the past 5/10/15 minutes.
How would it benefit the server/why do you want to add this:
It prevents someone being revived during a scene; instantly leaping back into action. (I mean seriously, after a defibrillator being used - IRL you would need cardiac rehabilitation for some time. There needs to be a priority such as visiting hospital for a checkup?)
