Which server is this suggestion for?: ZARP Dark RP
What would you like to add?: A added bonus to the stamina skill, where instead of More Fist Damage and Inventory weight, you would recieve more bank weight aswell say 5 extra lb's of weight per level. for a max of 55 lbs of Bank weight.
How would it benefit the server/why do you want to add this? Not much storage for a bank I believe banks carry more then a inventory should. So why not add 25 more lb's of weight for the banks? More Storage.
Would it be exploitable, and if, how could we make it non-exploitable? Not in anyway I can see.

Increased running speed makes sense in every way possible, or to make it make even more sense, you could make sprint a progress bar that can run out and Stamina would allow to sprint for longer (standard real life based RP style). I suggest having it only be very small increases per level, and it would need to be heavily tested to make sure it's balanced.

Purchase Bank Space is an amazing idea, especially with how inflated the servers economy is (i guess you could call it an economy, even though it's completely screwed). Make the bank space quite expensive, as gaining inventory space can take quite a while, you need to try and make it match or be harder than the inventory gain. People would use the bank more than their inventory if they knew they could increase it.
