TOPIC: [LOCKED]The Purge-AN IDEA/EVENT

Which server is this suggestion for?:DarkRP1,the one currently online.

What would you like to add?:
Basically,I was watching a trailer for a new film called ''The Purge'' earlier and it's basically a film about America having one night that allows every crime,so people can vent out on that night and on other days of the year,crime is lower than ever,because of that one night.
This is what I think would be AWESOME to put into ZARP,of course not a whole night,just like 10-20 minutes.
Basically,cops are not allowed at that time,and only RDM is allowed.
That's all.
Just imagine how badass it would be,the whole place in chaos,for 20 minutes.
Like,mutants allowed to come out,factions shooting each other,citizens hiding ;~;
No NLR or other rules allowed,we still keep it RP,only allowing RDM so that people that don't like each other can sort it out,that would also help later,after The Purge,their problems and hate would be sorted out!
It could either be a non-RP event or a RP event!
I had this idea,that if it was an RP-event,we could imply sirens,and warnings before The Purge,warning people to lock themselves in,and the mayor could initiate a lockdown etc. etc.

How would it benefit the server/why do you want to add this?:
Well,first of all,I'd like to add this out of just pure awesomeness and fun.
Chaos and anarchy for 20 minutes?
And well,I was thinking,it could actually benefit the servers as in,the players that don't like each other could sort out their problems while The Purge is happening,and then,they wouldn't break rules or hate each other or whatever when the server's back to normal?

Would it be exploitable, and if, how could we make it non-exploitable?:
Not really..Just allow RDM,allow mutants to come out of the sewers and kill and that's pretty much it.
Admins and mods still have powers so..No one could really exploit this.

That's why I'd imply warnings like in the trailer,and sirens and shit ;~;.

EDIT: Warnings would be like..An hour in advance.

If there is such a warning in advance, then I'm sure we could work something(s) out.

If people wanted to kill each other, they can play a gamemode that is purpose built for that. This will just be moaned and moaned about by people who don't pay attention.

I still think this is too intrusive.

If there was a way for people to opt out, then it'd be better.

It would have to go through some things like,implementing warnings like I've shown them so yeah,someone would have to take care of that and implement in server anyways.

If we'd decide to put it in,polish it,make sure there's no exploits,have an admin watch out for cheaters in the time of The Purge (NLR breakers and shit,hell I could watch over for those people),I think it'd be quite interesting.

I've just thought of another concern: players who join during a purge period may begin to think that ZARP DarkRP is a rulebreaking server, and despite the warnings: are unable to even leave spawn to get started, so consequently: leave.
