Which server is this suggestion for?: ZARP Dark Rp

What would you like to add?: Well a big complaint in the community is random hits.
I think we should add a hit cooldown for ex. If you place a hit on billy you can't place a hit on him for 5-10 min.

How would it benefit the server/why do you want to add this? Less chaos on hitmen and less random hits

Would it be exploitable, and if, how could we make it non-exploitable? I dont believe so

I will support on the basis that it is a player that the cooldown is based on. This could be evaded with ease if a group of friends were playing and didn't really like a certain person.
