TOPIC: [SSRP] Suggestion Special Events

Suggestion Title: Reduce player limit for Special Events/Change gap between Special Event
Potential Issues/Exploits: Gangs could team to win the event and could make rare items more common!!!
Additional notes: the amount of special event that actually happen is very very rare and its a shame, personally things like 3 masterswords or mid tier suits should be 2-4 players min and higher tier items/suits should be 4 players min.
Golden item Special Event should be changed to once a week or every 2 weeks, seeing golden m202 for a hole month is depressing.
