Further Profile Editing

How would it benefit the server:

Potential Issues/Exploits:

These "unlocks" aren't necessarily saved and are more individually applied groups, so it would mean changing how it works I suppose.

Additional notes:

Allow people to choose which forum level image they can use, from what they have "unlocked". Can't imagine this is too much to add considering people can choose their VIP badges now
