New Player F4 Menu Tutorial
How would it benefit the server:
Helping new players to understand the basics on how to play the server and make money

Suggestion Explanation:

The way this will work is when a new player joins, there will be text on the top of their screen saying "Press F4 to begin basic tutorial".

When the new player presses F4 for the first time, they will then be sent through a walk through/tutorial on all of the options in the F4 menu, such as drug runs, dailies, casino vault and casino chip exchange, police armory, uranium processor, zone caps, city government and mayor levels, shops, auction house, rare items store, starter pack, lawnmowing, nuclear scientist, trashman, leaderboards, achievements, character upgrades, jobs, gangs, leaderboards, inventory and bank and everything else.

The way the walkthrough will work is either maybe a voice over telling the new player to click on each of the options and then when clicked, the voice will explain how that topic works.

If not a voice over, there could be a box with text on the left of the F4 menu telling the player how it works.

Any additional feedback/suggestions related to this can be commented on aswell as this isnt a very detailed suggestion

This is a good suggestion that should be implemented, it would just take a lot of time due to the amount of features and how in-depth we'd need go into explaining how some of these things work. If people are able to write out some tutorial descriptions then this is definitely something we can work on a lot sooner whilst we've got other things to do atm.
