Suggestion Title: Various Scan Master changes

What am I suggesting?:
A reskin of the current S.C.A.N Master to follow the Golden S.C.A.N Master Style, to potentially add a whole new Police variant through the PD Case making it an even better reward for leveling up the police XP.

How would it benefit the server:
- The S.C.A.N Master will have proper branding for the GenCorp Lore
- Another item for players to collect

If this is accepted I would be willing to handover the texture files if desired.

Don't see any reason why this shouldn't be implemented, especially since you've done all the work already - Looks like a significant improvement

Usually it's only sinz asking for more free items or the elderly trying to bring back PSG meta

Wonderful idea, this will compliment everyone's ESP when they play cop.

I reckon it would be nice to have as an unlock for PD levels or potentially a mayor policy that gives all police the police scan master but costs X amount every 5 mins
