TOPIC: SSRP Suggestion - Fix the car system

Suggestion Title: Buff/Tweak car system to make them driveable + lower the cost

How would it benefit the server: Cars can be used and maybe the stupidly high price will make it worth it

Potential Issues/Exploits: Absolutely none

Additional notes: In these 2 clips I am trying my damnedest to keep control over the car and just do laps of the map, I'm not even using shift (turbo). The only time you have any control what's so ever is when you tap W and go 15 and even then the turning is so shit you struggle to make it round a bend, at any point during a turn you even tap W you completely lose control and spin out. Considering how expensive cars are it would be nice to at least be able to use them. If you're not gonna tweak cars and make em usable can we at least have the old system back. The bus drives fine so the job doesn't need to be changed and the police cars are bearable but from my experience having the BMW and Infernus max upgraded neither are usable outside of showing people how unusable they are and watching them struggle to get out of the parking space without crashing. On top of that the prices for them are just retarded. Its close to 4bil to a maxed car, I don't think knocking a 0 off everything car related would go a miss, people may actually spend 400m for a cool car to drive around in (if it worked) but 4b is just silly for something that is barely functional.

On top of all of this the health of cars is next to nothing EVEN WITH THE UPGRADES FROM THE CAR DEALER AND THE PLAYER UPGRADE. My car will last 2 maybe 3 mini2 shots before exploding. Its a joke

Oh as a side note the menu still gives off a fuck ton of script errors, sometimes cars spawn with a broken "skin" (see clip 2 for reference). Car's sometimes don't load, wheels missing, randomly costs 10m to spawn. The whole thing is a shit show, heres the script error I just got from clicking through the menu

With the essence of returning players #1 they should be refunded when cars we're permanently removed from the servers.
#2 Zarp New Player's shall be given a fair share on the price as majority of long term players do not use cars and should be incentivized for new players.
#3 which would be considered as a bug issue is that cars that somehow glitch tires in ground or prop pushed should be fixed, Cars also should be no collided with moving physics gun props.

No this is false, I still have not been refunded my lambo I had years ago!
