This was stated by CEO in a reply to a post I made, regarding the fingerprint and orientation of Zarp SSRP: CEO of Business wrote: Nah, zarp suit combat is what makes it unique, despite the fact that it says ssrp it is a PvP oriented server. SSRP may very well be based on DarkRP, but I agree that it has evolved into something way more of a PvP-oriented server. I mean, the major thing people flex about on SSRP is how many suits they have ripped, and I think that’s a clear indicator of what parts are the most important and the most appealing to most players. My personal opinion is that we need to embrace this uniqueness of ours through the addition of more suits, more weapons, more PvP balancing and reviewing the current Metas to even the playing field between new players and old players. I am not too well-versed in the nooks and crannies and niche aspects of Zarp combat, but I have thought about this Economy Overhaul for a while and thought I could at least contribute my thoughts in hopes they could yield a concrete base to build up from. I think a large, thorough and versatile economy-system with multiple ways of distributing and trading lots of new suits and weapons would remove the stamp of luxuriousness suits currently have and would make them more affordable and viable for new players to set their eyes on, all while encouraging and embracing the uniqueness Suit Combat gives Zarp. NOTE: Golden suits should obviously still have their collectible-status and should be perceived as a rare and luxurious item.

Many of these suggestions will probably need a complete restructure of the current item-distribution system, and I'm certain the aspect of adding a specfic booster-pack item would require a lot of thinking and would involve multiple parts of the backend; forums, server source code, PHP, etc.

Thanks for reading! Not many might share my vision, but I think these suggestions are interesting and could improve the server and community in some way. Kind regards, Paladin |

This has already been planned for a very long time, however it is not as simple as it sounds. |
