TOPIC: [SSRP] Confiscation of Illegal Entities

Suggestion Title:
Confiscation Tool for Police Jobs / Server Rule extension

How would it benefit the server:
I have personally seen Police, FBI, etc raid a base and then use Printer Hackers to steal Illegal Printers from the base owners. I feel like this should be a classified as Job Abuse / Police corruption or at the very least, immoral, as "realistically", Police jobs should enforce laws across the city and not use their power to raid criminals as an excuse for personal gain. My suggestion is to either:

• Add a specific tool to Police jobs that gives them the choice to confiscate printers for a percentage of the money in the printer, the rest going to the City Budget (Managed by the Mayor), or to simply destroy as usual for the standard gang loot.
• Extend the server rules to disallow Police jobs to steal Printers for personal gain.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
Balancing issues, might do nothing to the amount of currently perceived "Police corruption".

Additional notes:
As noted on Discord, could hopefully be addressed in upcoming Lead Team Meetings.

This can easily be prevented by server code, you're right that it doesn't make much sense for police to take printers for themselves as it would fall under corruption

This could probably be circumvented by just switching jobs however, but that would count as Job abuse if this would be implemented in general in the server rules

A really good idea is to have a police hacker thing similar to the printer hacker, this would add them onto the police auctions for players to be able to buy

I already thought that stealing was not allowed as police, therefore it would be some form of corrupt cop, but if that isn't clear enough I see no reason why we couldn't add a specific mention.
I do also like your idea about a confiscate tool, but as far as I'm aware if you stunstick printers as a cop, it gives you a cut already?
