Suggestion Title: Hoverbike CDM

How would it benefit the server: Funny

Potential Issues/Exploits: none

Additional notes: Make Hoverbike do damage upon hitting/running them over since CARS will be able to do that and i think it would be funny for hoverbike people to do it
