Suggestion Title:
Adjustable Cosmetics

For which server is the suggestion?
All PS Servers

How would it benefit the server:
It would allow users to customize their cosmetics like headwear and backwear on an x, y, and z axis. This would fix current clipping issues.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
Might be hard to make.

Additional notes:
Here are some current clipping issues.

Something like this, similar to Pac3 allowing for further customization of cosmetics.
