How would it benefit the server

I think it spices up the game a lot since you will be able to turn an innocent into a traitor.

Potential Issues/Exploits

People might be confused on how someone has returned from the dead and just turned into a T, but that itself shouldn't be a big issue.

Additional notes

So what this weapon basically does is if your T buddy is dead you can take their blood and transfer it to a dead innos body, and that inno will respawn as a T with 80 hp, or you can take 65 of your own hp and do the exact same thing on the inno.
