Suggestion Title: add the !vip command which allows you to have custom tags
How would it benefit the server: flexing vip
Potential Issues/Exploits: idk lol

On surf, bhop, and now prophunt (I'm pretty sure) it gives you access to a custom tag in front of your name for people with vip.

i suggested this for ttt in the staff discord aswell, i think all pointshop servers should have it but make it more clear i had no idea what the suggestion was before swift explained
