Suggestion Title: Chat message when equipping cosmetic item

How would it benefit the server: It will notify people that they have (de)equipped a cosmetic item through a chat message to help people know if the item is actually equipped or not. This tends to happen if you equip an EDF whilst having a cosmetic equipped for example.

Potential Issues/Exploits: N/A

Additional notes: Fix it so that you keep the cosmetics on at all times no matter what suit you put on as it deequips the cosmetic when you put a suit on or a different cosmetic (insta switch to the other cosmetic?)

Completely agree with this, currently, when we are using cosmetic items, for example, jetpack, use golden suit/KFC bucket, I'm constantly putting a camera down to see if I have it all equipped, this is a small chance but will help players with cosmetic items.
