TOPIC: Surf : Current time and PB for spectator mode

Suggestion Title (What are you Suggesting): Having the current time and PB of the player you're spectating

How / why would it benefit the Surf server: It would create better engagement and hype between the spectator and the player who is being spectated

Potential Issues/Exploits: Maybe overlapping with the player's own PB ?

Additional notes:

Would be a cool feature to have added to surf and bhop

Would be a nice thing to have to surf
