Suggestion Title:
Add mentioning to threads.

How would it benefit the server:
Make it easier to find comments directed at you.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
None, just add rules about mass mentioning

Additional notes:
Make it so you can simply @ someone on the forums. for example @Nafe fuck you and then it would show up for him like this on a thread

Maybe add so the icon shows when someone quote you also.
