Auto Equip cosmetic suits + remove timer (on cosmetic suits)

Explanation:
suggesting that when you dequip your special suit the last cosmetic you were wearing gets auto equipped
additionally suggesting that you can switch from cosmetic to special suit with no delay.

Timer would apply only when equipping a special suit not with a cosmetic

How would it benefit the server:
people will use them more
