Suggestion Title:
When someone enters a lottery, it shows it at the bottom right hand corner of the screen, just like when someone changes job.
How would it benefit the server:
Staff and users could see if someone is entering the lottery with alts and also see who entered in the fist place

Potential Issues/Exploits:
N/A

Additional notes:
Not interesting like the others but useful
