Suggestion Title:
Printer tax goes to gang stash directly
How would it benefit the server:
When creating a gang the burden of buying upgrades is usually placed between the owner and maybe 1-2 others, this would lessen that
Additionally would still void the cash for gangs with all upgrades and passively increase the spot based on how much they print
Potential Issues/Exploits:
Would make future upgrades for gangs with all upgrades easier

Additional notes:
Should also be adjustable from 2-25% (by the owner)
