Suggestion Title: Hand Cannon 2.0

How would it benefit the server: Would be a nice addiction to the server since we got the mini2.0 why not another community favorite with the hand cannon 2.0!

Potential Issues/Exploits: Balancing maybe but I think a large cannon ball dealing high prop damage but low player damage is fairly okay.

Additional notes: Its from this pack here - steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=503138986 and also have a video with it in action!
