Suggestion Title:
Remove vote for swat

How would it benefit the server:
so I can be police without having to AFK for hours just to get FBI

Potential Issues/Exploits:
people get mad that I would play police

Additional notes:
I want to play police but the only way is if I am to AFK for an obscene amount of hours to unlock FBI
just let me play cop seriously

people will vote no all day to cop votes it makes it near impossible

I think this is a change that should happen.
People can force FBI if they afk for large amounts of hours why not allow VIPs to also force SWAT.
We have a timegate just to play part of the game here

Just afk as a Casino there is no voting needed
