Suggestion Title: Remote/Portable CCTV with TV Screen

How would it benefit the server:
I think adding this type of item into the ssrp server would be a great addition to try and get players to base more, as players can be in there base and where's it would require 3/4 cameras for eatch baser to see outside, there can be one camera and a central cctv viewing area?

Potential Issues/Exploits:
Abuse by placing the cctv into walls to gain an advance?

Giving me RT Camera that watches the ele when basing with SA+ in Nexus vibes, and that was fun. Not sure how similar would work now with items that easily counter/ are more usable like the evo. The RT camera is just a screen which displays the output of an actual camera, so if this were to be added then all those rules would still apply, since it is still just a camera.
