Make it easier, and a seasonal thing so maybe every few months it resets and attempt to make less of an AFK incentive. Perhaps, by creating certain missions for it, or tasks etc. Just so that players that want to level up, have a way to do so rather than just AFKing.

How come? I mean by resetting it, you can still keep your FBI job and the other rewards that you've earned like the helicopter, but more so the cases and such get reset so that you have the chance to get more rewards for playing cop.

add a pd case for every 5 levels after prestiging. then maybe if u get prestige master, you can get a case of your choice or multiple cases of your choice. and every level after prestiging you get 1mil-5mil every level depending on what prestige you are. maybe some more ideas for the rewards?

I like the idea but I don't think it should be more PD cases. Due to the gedf being impossible to lose nearly everyone has one people who already own one (or multiple they can't sell/trade) have no desire for the PD case. I think instead of a case just give out a gedf at a certain rank for the very few players missing out on one or give a choice between X case OR untradeable gedf
