Make it easier, and a seasonal thing so maybe every few months it resets and attempt to make less of an AFK incentive. Perhaps, by creating certain missions for it, or tasks etc. Just so that players that want to level up, have a way to do so rather than just AFKing.

How come? I mean by resetting it, you can still keep your FBI job and the other rewards that you've earned like the helicopter, but more so the cases and such get reset so that you have the chance to get more rewards for playing cop.
