Suggestion Title: Make the announcement channel less bad

How would it benefit the server: Who ever checks the announcement channel in Discord when all it does is post a link to something that was made in the announcements? The forums exist to check that and it's just so full of the same stuff really, nothing that important is ever posted in there and if so, doesn't get noticed anyways as it looks like all the other links from what you see every single week (outcomes, etc). My idea to is actually make use out of it and have the automatic messages removed or moved to a separate channel, so announcements can be made such as booster pack deals, community meetings, server update/maintenance, maybe small sneak peaks from updates and a bunch of stuff that isn't worth announcing on the forums but is something to quickly share on Discord by high ranked staff members. This would increase interactions on the Discord and make a better use out of the channel.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None.

I feel like the interaction would be nice and would help with people always questioning when updates are out and a good way to hype update more!!!
