Notification suggestion

How would it benefit the server:
It would be nice to have some sort of "tagging" system where you can tag players by using for example "@ChuteUK, @OxyFoxy" etc and once you tag a user, they will get a notification if you need them to see something or if you need them for a report, appeal or whatever.

Could also inform you if something from your profile or a post was deleted.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
People could end up spamming the tags to random players for no reason.

Additional notes:
Cool suggestion I have not seen before!
